This year, i'm thankful that my loved ones are well and doing good. That goes for my family and friends, such as my Father who recently retired which i'm glad happened as he is a really hard-worker and deserves to finally settle down. I'm just glad nothing necessarily bad has happened to me or anyone around me so far this year.

  • This is a photo i took the first month of being in this class. I lowered the brightness and increased the contrast to make the metallic colors of the bike stand-out more from its background.

Even though its not cropped well and it could be shot at a better angle, I still like the photo because of its colors.

  • I took this photo using the Leading Lines shooting method. I really like how the sky comes out over the wall and how the shadow leads directly to where my subject was sitting. All i did editing this photo was slightly increasing the brightness just so he left side of the photo wasn't so dark.

  • I took this photo using the frame within a frame method but never ended up using it for the assignment I shot it for.

I turned the photo into black and white so the light outside could really make the door / "frame" of the picture stand out.
